The PPACA and You – How to Complete the ACA Forms in Your Returns

This presentation will cover how to interpret a client’s healthcare coverage status for purposes of the PPACA or “Obamacare.” It will cover the various reporting forms used to display this information as well as the process for completing the forms used to report it on a tax return, namely the Form 8962 and Form 8965.
