Obamacare Series: The ACA and the Individual

This course, the first in our Obamacare Series, will review the provisions and details of the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act and how these new provisions will effect Individual tax preparation for the coming tax year and beyond. Special focus is spent on describing the three reporting forms and the two tax forms used in identifying the taxpayer’s potential tax obligations and benefits in regards to their healthcare coverage.
