PreparerTraining.com is an IRS-approved and CTEC-approved continuing education provider. Since 2015, Federal Direct Tax Services and Preparer Training have been hosting live tax education courses via webinars and making tax education more accessible and affordable by offering our all-online tax course bundles at low prices for tax professionals of all levels.

Preparer Training students have access to their tax courses upon purchase. Course credits can be tracked from inside the student portal, and student credit from completed courses is reported weekly during non-deadline weeks and daily, or multiple times a day, on deadline weeks. If your credit is not showing in your CTEC account or your PTIN portal, please call the office at (800) 399-6133 to ensure we have the correct PTIN or CTEC A-number for reporting purposes.
