Amendments and Extensions – Tax Season 2020

Tax Year 2020 has, like the preceding year, been extended beyond the traditional April 15th date. In this webinar, we will cover dealing with extending returns even further than the new end date of May 15th, along with the process of submitting corrected returns – called amendments – either electronically or via postal mail. Some care will also be taken to discuss the extended due dates as a result of the Texas winter storms and the COVID-19 pandemic.
