UtPoIT – Passive Income

This course – one of our “Understanding the Principles of Individual Taxation” series – will cover various types of passive income, primarily through reporting interest, dividends, and utilizing Schedules K-1 through the Schedule E as it applies to TY2018, and with changes from the TCJA. A small section will be devoted to the individual effects of the new pass-through deduction under Section 199A.
